The underlying structure of the shariah for this product is Ijarah (leasing) with deferred payment.
Ijarah refers to "the rental of a good or service for an agreed period in exchange for an agreed consideration" charged in terms of fees or rents. The Ijarah contract is applicable to "usufructs" as well as "services".
