The Sahl Customer Care Consultant will be responsible for providing seamless, timely, quality and responsive service to Sahl Customers with the aim of driving Service excellence and contribute to the growth of Sahl Banking Business.
Reporting to the Sahl Banking and KCB Foundation Manager, the job holder is responsible to grow and manage Sahl banking business to achieve business targets (Facilities, deposits, revenues and accounts number). Supervise and support the Sahl customer care consultant team, Sahl Bankers, Business Bankers for building and maintaining strong Sahl Banking customer relationships through excellent customer service in order to achieve customer loyalty and maximize share of wallet.
The job holder will ensure that the KCB’s corporate image is protected and portrayed in positive light. He (She) will develop and oversee the implementation of a marketing and communication plan; implement the impactful marketing and communication activities of the KCB Bank Burundi and KCB Foundation so as to enable Bank achieve its CSR responsibilities. He (she) will be responsible of identifying and ensuring effective internal and external stakeholder engagement; effective acquisition, usage and maintenance of channels of communication
